Houzz will review all products uploaded for the following:
High-quality images on a white background where sellers can add up to 5 images per product listing
Informative product titles and descriptions under 80 characters containing unique information.
The accuracy of all data.
Once approved, your products will be available for sale on Houzz and the basic metadata for the product can’t be changed. Your payments will be sent via an electronic transfer to your bank account, twice a month.
Orders shipped and settled between the 1st and the 15th of each month will be paid on the 22nd of that month.
Orders shipped and settled between the 16th and the last day of each month will be paid on the 7th of the following month.
Houzz notifies you via email when your payments are processed. It takes 1-2 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account. Refunds follow the same schedule, based on when they were processed. Sellers are responsible for sourcing, fulfilling and shipping products to customers. Houzz operates using a flat-rate shipping model, which can be set per product and per order. Sellers set their own shipping charges and manage the delivery process. Houzz does not provide shipping labels or have preferred carriers. Please note, Houzz does not stock any merchandise. Yes! Sellers have complete control over their own prices and shipping charges. However, Houzz is happily available to advise if you need help with this.
