- Flexible commission configuration allows admin to easily add sales commission based on product type, category, vendor, and even set other necessary fees on each transaction.

- Vendors get the option to log in via their social networks accounts like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- An advanced vendor panel with a modern, responsive, and intuitive design allows vendors to easily navigate the website.
- Vendors can view the details of customers who have purchased their products. This feature will help your vendors to form their business strategies accordingly (M2.4.5 & above).
- Vendors can add all the locations to which they deliver their products and are visible only to the customers of those specific locations.
- Powerful analytics and e-commerce reporting tools provide vendors with valuable intelligence to excel and optimize their business.
- Vendors get the option to integrate multiple logistic options and even list their physical store location from where customers can manually pick up their orders.
- Each vendor can set the minimum order amount in the Settings section over Vendor Panel which will work for all of his/her products. To complete the order, customers will have to reach subtotal vendor-wise to match the min. order amount set by the Vendors (M2.4.5 & above).
- The vendor can upload products in bulk through CSV and even add any product from the master catalog to their own inventory without creating them from scratch.
- Vendors are equipped with advanced order management tools that let them independently handle complete orders and even process returns.
Customer Features
- Customers can filter the products on the website based on the delivery location of their choice.
- The store pickup option allows customers to manually pick up their orders from the nearest vendor's store.
- Customers can even select the date and time for the delivery as per their availability and convenience.
- The new aesthetic layout of the vendor shop pages will allow customers to browse various vendor shops on their mobile/smartphone browsers effectively (M2.4.5 & above).
- The vendor review system lets customers rate and review vendors based on their product quality and services which in turn helps other customers choose the best vendor.
- SMS integration keeps the customers, vendors, and admin updated on all important events during the entire order and fulfillment process.
- Customers can earn reward points by bringing in new users through the referral program and availing these rewards points on subsequent purchases.
- The customer can make payments via wallet which they can recharge and even redeem the amount to their bank account.
