Overview
Vendor Messaging Addon for Magento 2 by CedCommerce allows the vendors to communicate with the admin from their vendor panel about their queries. Vendors can send the messages to the customer or admin from the respective section of their vendor panel and get replies of their messages in their inbox. Thread messaging system to see all messages within the subject. For framing messages chat area includes WYSIWYG editor and facility for attaching files.
Admin can check the list of vendors who have a query, from the grid, from where he can reply to the messages of that vendor. Admin can check the list of vendors who have recently sent messages and can see how many messages are new. This addon also allows the users of the website to send messages to the vendors from their account panel or vendor shop page or from product pages and could query about anything. Vendor also has got a separate section for conversation with the customers/admin

Allows the vendor to send messages to the admin.
Thread messaging system in chat with wysiwig editor in it.
Allows the admin to check the list of vendors on the grid who have texted the admin in the past.
Allows the admin to reply to the vendors who have a query or have texted the admin.
Allows the admin to get the Messages from the vendor through emails.
Allows the customers to send the message to the vendors from their account panel.
Allows the customers to send and check the messages from vendors and admin.
Allows the vendor to reply to the customers who have texted or queried the vendor from separate Vendor-Customer Conversation Panel.
Vendor panel has the functionality to send the message to the customer via email if admin allows this functionality for vendor.
Admin can send message to multiple vendors by mass action.
Admin can send message to multiple customers by mass action.
Customers can send messages from product pages to respective owner.
